Australian orders placed during working days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) will be shipped out, the following Monday (excluding holidays).

* Standard shipping does not include tracking details. You may be responsible for duties and taxes on international orders. It is possible, orders could experience customs delays. If this does occur, we apologise, but we have no control over these charges or delays and its impossible to predict when and if this may happen. We would suggest that you contact your local customs office for information, regarding delays, duties, and taxes.


Returns, Exchange, and Refunds:

At UEW, we want to make sure you love your new product(s), so we offer a 14-day exchange. You can either contact us via hi@uewhaircare.com, Facebook or Instagram DM. All exchange products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. Please send us details of the exchange and we will contact you with in a 24-hour time frame. We do not accept returns unless products are damaged or faulty. In this case, UEW will refund or replace your products. Refunds and replacements are subject to the original goods being returned and at the discretion of UEW Haircare . If we chose to offer a refund on your purchase, this will be processed by whichever form of payment was used in the original transaction. 

First of all, thank you for subscribing to UEW, If you change your mind and decide to cancel your subscription, we will no longer send news letters, offers or any form of communication, after the date of cancellation. The email address used to make orders via our website will automatically be added to our subscription list.

Price quoted on our website and social pages are in Australian Dollars (AUD) UEW Haircare reserves the right to changes prices set on our website and social at any time without notice.  We package your purchases as carefully, as possible to avoid damage during postage. However, if your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us at hi@uewhaircare.com or via our social platforms (which ever is easiest for you) and we will issue you all details, to request a replacement. If we accept and decided to replace your order, we will send out identical products, to the initial order, upon receiving the original damaged product. In the event of replacements, the purchaser will incur postage costs. If the damaged product, is out of stock, old stock or part of a limited edition run, we may not be able to replace or refund your purchase. 


Security is as important to us, as it is to you. When you purchase from UEW, all your personal and financial details, pass through a secure server using 128-bit SSL encryption technology, this is the current industry standard for all secure online purchases.

We work hard to keep your details private. Any information collected is kept strictly secured. We will not sell, swap or pass on any of your personal details to a third-party.
